Three regional workshops for business, charity and public sector customers ahead of market opening
Three workshops for business, charity and public sector customers are being held across England ahead of market opening to help you make sense of what’s to come.
From 1 April, 1.2 million businesses, charities and public sector customers in England will be able to choose who supplies their water and wastewater retail services – this includes billing, water metering and water efficiency services.
The aim of the new market is to promote more choice, with customers able to benefit from more tailored packages and better customer service. We welcome individuals who represent a trade or membership body, own a business, work in the public sector or for a charity to the Open Water programme customer stakeholder workshops:

Each workshop will take place from 9.30am until 1pm and includes a networking lunch.

- How you can help and how Open Water partners can help you
- The support that is available to help you to engage and communicate with your members/clients about the market opening and the channels you might use.
