Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water is the sixth largest of the ten regulated water and wastewater companies in England and Wales.
With its unique not for profit operating model in the water industry in England and Wales, it is owned on behalf of its customers. Its only focus is to provide high quality safe and reliable drinking water and wastewater services to the 3.2 million people it serves across most of Wales, Herefordshire and parts of Deeside.
Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water’s Business Customer Team can only provide retail services to customers who receive a wholesale supply from Welsh water and use over 50 million litresof water, per year at a single site.
